YES, Smokey Bear will be making appearances throughout the celebration, after all, it's his message that we are promoting. When you see him, be sure to tell him Hello and wish him a Happy 64rd Birthday! Visit all our activities and you will probably see him greeting guests and enjoying Smokey Bear Days!

*The Fire Safety Smoke House is a two-story mobile trailer provided by the city of Hobbs Fire Department. Firefighters utilize the realistic kitchen, living room, and bedroom to provide fire safety presentations teaching children the importance of smoke detectors and providing a general idea of what to expect is a fire should start in their home. Bring the kids to learn from this interactive exhibit located in front of Smokey Bear Historical Park.
